Subscriptions

How do I cancel?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Forkast. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends to avoid the next charge. You can also open it from You → Manage subscription in the app.

Will I be charged when the free trial ends?

Yes, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Forkast sends a reminder the day before, if you allow notifications.

I subscribed but the app is locked.

Tap Restore purchases (or Restore on the subscription screen) while signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all payments, so refunds are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Using Forkast

Why is my total different at the store?

Prices are estimates based on typical shelf prices, your store's price level and your area. Sales, loyalty prices and pack sizes vary. Changing your store or ZIP code in the You tab updates the estimates.

Can I change my budget, store or diet later?

Yes, in the You tab. You can apply a change to this week right away or from next week.

Something I won't eat showed up.

Filters use recipe tags, so tell us which recipe it was and we'll fix the tag. Always check labels if you have an allergy.

Your data

Everything Forkast stores stays on your iPhone and there's no account. Deleting the app deletes your data. See the privacy policy for details.
